Formula 1 and Protein Drink Mix are different products. Here is how to compare them and choose the right option for your routine.
Formula 1 Healthy Meal
Formula 1 is a meal shake mix when prepared according to the product label. Browse flavors and check the directions, ingredients and allergens for the specific variety you select.
Protein Drink Mix
Protein Drink Mix is a separate protein product you can enjoy as a snack or add to a Formula 1 shake. Preparation changes the finished drink’s nutritional values, so follow the label for each product.
Can you use them together?
Yes. Herbalife describes adding a serving of Protein Drink Mix to Formula 1 with water; follow the instructions on your chosen products. Compare the labels if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.
